My Approach To Therapy

My approach to therapy is relational which means that healing happens through genuine connection.
I believe our relationship itself is part of what makes therapy work. Together, we’ll build a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported as you explore the parts of yourself that have been carrying pain or pressure for a long time.

In our work, I often draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand and heal the different “parts” within you — the perfectionist, the caretaker, the inner critic, or the part that just wants rest.
I also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you live in alignment with your values, even when difficult emotions show up, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful thoughts and patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

These approaches work together to help you build awareness, self-compassion, and practical tools for lasting change not just temporary relief.
