My Approach To Therapy
I specialize in helping women understand the unseen impact of their past, especially the kind that’s easy to overlook. Emotional Neglect is not always about what has been done to you, but what is missing. The emotional support, validation, and presence you needed but didn’t receive.
Many of the women I work with are high functioning on the outside, but inside struggle with self-doubt, people pleasing, or difficulty feeling truly connected to their relationships.
